If there is one thing I want prospective clients to know, it’s that I am well aware of the number one complaint clients have about their attorney: a lack of communication or the lawyer not effectively explaining something to the client.

In response, I have created a client portal where every client can personally log in, upload documents, send messages, and track the progress of their case. You should never have to stress out because your attorney isn't keeping you in the loop. When you hire me, you won't have to.

I understand that clients often find themselves in difficult situations regarding Business Law, feeling unprepared or afraid and not fully understanding what’s happening. I strive to be a centered presence who can explain your situation clearly and provide a realistic assessment.

If you have no case, or if there is no way to win, I believe you need to know that. I will never sugarcoat a case just to receive payment. However, if you hire me, I will give you everything I have. Most cases settle before going to court, but in situations where they don’t, I will represent you aggressively to ensure the best possible outcome.

Born and raised in New Jersey, I received a Bachelor of Science Degree from Seton Hall University before moving to California in 1986. Later that year, I obtained a Series 3 license from the National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD) to trade commodity futures and options.

Three years later, I opened my own contracting business but was forced to change my career path in 1993 after facing health issues. That’s when I decided to practice law. After a lot of hard work, I earned my Juris Doctor law degree from the Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego in May of 1999.

With nearly two decades of practicing law, I also hold a license as a California real estate broker and was a former licensed Series 6 and 63 representative with FINRA. My extensive experience enhances my ability to provide comprehensive legal services, whether you are starting or running a business, setting up an Estate Plan to protect your assets, or navigating Real Estate Law while buying or selling property.
